പത്തനംതിട്ട: ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ അന്തരിച്ച റാന്നി പെരുനാട് സ്വദേശി ദേവപ്രസാദിന്റെ (23) മൃതദേഹം നാട്ടിലെത്തിച്ച് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒന്നിന് വീട്ടുവളപ്പില്‍ സംസ്ക്കരിച്ചു. പരേതന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ ജേഷ്ടന്റെ മകനാണ് ചിതയ്ക്ക് തീകൊളുത്തിയത്.

ബുധനാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഫ്രാങ്ക്ഫര്‍ട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെത്തിച്ച മൃതദേഹം വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാത്രി ഏഴിനാണ് എയര്‍ഇന്ത്യ വിമാനത്തില്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെത്തിച്ചു. നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് ജനറല്‍ മാനേജര്‍ ടി. രശ്മി വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലെത്തി അന്തിമോപചാരം അര്‍പ്പിച്ചു.

തുടര്‍ന്ന് മൃതദേഹം ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി സ്വദേശമായ റാന്നി പെരുനാട് കക്കാട് സ്വഭവനത്തില്‍ രാത്രി പതിനൊന്നോടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. പത്തനംതിട്ട എംപി. അഡ്വ.ആന്റോ ആന്റണി, റാന്നി എംഎല്‍എ അഡ്വ.പ്രമോദ് നാരായണന്‍, പോലീസ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ്, വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസര്‍, പഞ്ചായത്ത് അംഗങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവരെ കൂടാതെ വലിയൊരു ജനാവലി ദേവപ്രസാദിന് അന്തിമോപചാരം അര്‍പ്പിയ്ക്കാന്‍ എത്തിയിരുന്നു.

കോയിക്കമണ്ണില്‍ പുത്തന്‍വീട് (ദേവരാഗം) കെ.പി. പ്രസാദിന്റെയും പരേതയായ ലേഖപ്രസാദിന്റെയും (നഴ്സ്) ഏകമകനാണ്. ബോഹും റൂര്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ ജിയോളജി മാസ്റേറഴ്സ് ബിരുദ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിയായ ദേവപ്രസാദ് ഈ മാസം എട്ടിനാണ് മരിച്ചത്. 2024 മാര്‍ച്ചിലാണ് ഉപരിപഠനത്തിനായി ദേവപ്രസാദ് ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ എത്തിയത്.

ഫ്രാങ്ക്ഫര്‍ട്ടിലെ ഇന്‍ഡ്യന്‍ കോണ്‍സുലേറ്റ്, കേന്ദ്രന്യൂനപക്ഷകാര്യ സഹമന്ത്രി ജോര്‍ജ് കുര്യന്‍, റാന്നി എംഎല്‍എ അഡ്വ. പ്രമോദ് നാരായണന്‍, നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ്, ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ലോക കേരള സഭാംഗം ജോസ് കുമ്പിളുവേലില്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നടത്തിയ ഇടപെടലുകളാണ് നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി മൃതദേഹം നാട്ടിലെത്തിയ്ക്കാന്‍ സഹായകരമായത്.
